Before her current role at Showffice, Ms Rawat held positions at other real estate and financial services companies, including Akasa Coworking, Incuspaze, and Global Financial Services. Her expertise includes GST compliance, direct tax management, financial reporting, and audit support.

CS Alok

CS Alok is a seasoned Company Secretary and ROC Consultant with over 12 years of experience in corporate compliance, company law advisory, and regulatory filings. Specializing in ROC compliances, company incorporation, and secretarial audits, he has built a reputation for delivering precise and timely solutions tailored to the unique needs of startups, SMEs, and established enterprises.

With a deep understanding of the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and SEBI norms, CS Alok assists businesses in navigating the complexities of corporate governance. His services include incorporation of companies and LLPs, filing of annual returns and event-based forms, director appointments and resignations, share transfers, drafting resolutions and minutes, and advisory on legal and statutory matters.

Kushal Shukla

Hailing from the sacred land of Prayag, Kushal Shukla embarked on his professional journey with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) before transitioning to a small-scale business to gain a deeper, hands-on understanding of ground operations. Over the past decade, he has built a strong foundation in labor laws—covering state, national, and International Labour Organization (ILO) standards—along with a keen expertise in compliance requirements and their applicability across industries.

With a proven track record of successfully managing multiple compliance frameworks, Kushal has efficiently navigated audits and certifications, including BSCI, SA:8000, OCS, GRS, EMS, S&H, Factory Audit, SEDEX (SMETA), and GOTS. His extensive experience also encompasses time-office management, payroll processing, grievance redressal, compensation and benefits (PF, ESI, LWF, maternity leave, paid leave, sickness benefits, and more), as well as full and final settlements.

With 10 years of experience, Kushal brings a meticulous approach to labor relations and compliance, ensuring seamless operations while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.
